Hey everyone! in this how to i am going to show you a few ways to save money when building a kitchen nook. a lot of money actually because these few tips allow you to only need half the material. hope you enjoy it!another thing. this is a large project but its actually quite simple. don't let the size of the build scare you. its really just straight cuts and building a rectangle, i promise. In this video i build a simple breakfast nook and kitchen table out of 2x4, plywood, and pine 1x4 from home depot. this piece was for a client who chose to finish (stain) the wood on their own.. Take measurements of the potential seating area. take note of any obstacles you may need to work around. here we had an a/c vent to redirect. we decided to take off the old baseboards, and repurpose them to use for the front trim of the seating area..
